The Bighorn combines the elegance of a winery tasting room with the comforts of mountainous Montana. 140 year old brick walls bring old-world charm, the air is filled with the sweet smell of oak barrels, and the whole space is illuminated by natural light streaming in through the large windows. CREATING THE BIGHORN

After 15 years of working with the top sommeliers and winemakers world-wide, Vanessa returned to her small-town roots to open a brick and mortar business in Anaconda, Montana. Her goal of "bringing the fine wine of the world to the fine people of the west," lead her to purchasing a dilapidated old building that was built in 1884. She and her husband put a year's worth of work into the building rehab and now both her venue and the business within it are amongst the most charming you'll ever experience.

Vanessa is a lover of funky Gamay, labradoodles, mountainous adventures, & (most of all) her 3 adorable children.
